JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Valet Attendant
Directly Reports To: Security Director
Status: Hourly
Description
Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner. Provides valet parking services to safely and efficiently move guest automobiles to a designated parking location while following Company policies and procedures.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner
- Drives vehicle to a specific spot in valet parking lot, secure, and note the space the vehicle is parked on the valet tag and log. Return the tag and keys to valet key booth.
- Inspect and make note of any and all damages to the vehicle as well as any other relevant information.
- Answers to customers’ inquiries regarding company activities and/or promotions
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Wear a uniform and groom appropriately
- Must be at least 18 years of age for insurance purposes
- Drive vehicles with both standard and automatic transmissions.
- Must be comfortable driving vehicles of all sizes and types.
- Have a clean and valid Driver’s License
- Have strong customer service skills
- Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and on your feet
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to pass criminal background check in order to obtain a racing license.
