A loving tribute to “La Española mas Mexicana” Rocío Dúrcal.
As a singer, Rocío Dúrcal became immensely popular in Mexico where she was hailed as a leading interpreter of the traditional rancheras. She often collaborated with singer/song writer Juan Gabriel to create numerous best-selling albums and was nominated for several Latin Grammys over the years.
Bringing the iconic songs of Dúrcal to life will be the voice and presence of local music artist LUSY MEDINA. Every detail of this tribute – from the music, to wardrobe, to ambience – is carefully thought through to make it as authentic to Rocío Dúrcal’s legacy as possible. Performing along side Medina in the tribute show will be MARIACHI AGUILAS DE LAS CRUCES. Opening for the show will be D BAND.
